Official rates

Every rate and limit comes from an official source, such as the Belastingdienst, FPS Finance, the Belgian social security office, ZUS or podatki.gov.pl, or from the law itself. Each calculator lists its sources and when we last checked the rates.

The rate tables on a page come from the same data as the calculation, so they can never disagree.

Checked calculations

We compare the results with worked examples from the tax and social security offices and with official calculators. Every change to a calculation or a rate is tested automatically before it goes online.

When rates change, we update the calculators. For a new year we do that as soon as the new rates are published.

Everything in your browser

The amounts you enter stay on your own device. They are not sent to us or to anyone else.

An estimate, not advice

The results are estimates based on the official rates, not personal tax advice. Your own situation can differ; if in doubt, ask a tax adviser or the tax office.
